The protection against sexual harassment and the right to work with dignity are universally recognized human rights. As part of sensitizing regarding the issues related to and for maintaining of safe working environment at INSeR; the Internal Complaints Committee was constituted. Internal Complaints Committee constituted under the provisions of;
i) The Sexual Harassment of Women at the Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
ii) The University Grant Commission (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees and Students in Higher Education Institutions) Regulations 2015.
